Referral Agents
American Credit Group is a rapidly growing credit, debt and home loan qualification assistance company looking to expand across the country. We are looking for team members to fill both part-time and full-time positions as referral agents.
Job Description:
Referral agents are responsible for developing new referral business through real estate agents, mortgage brokers and loan officers. Referral agents simply introduce American Credit Group to existing contacts. Referral agents are also expected to expand their prospects by requesting additional contacts within the industry from their existing relationships. Referral agents are not required to sell or sign up consumers for our services. All referrals are preceded by a free credit and debt analysis for our referral partners clients'. If we determine we can help, our in-house sales team will take it from there and speak with the referral partner and their client to sign them up for our service.
Compensation:
All candidates will start as commission only referral agents. Successful candidates reaching sales goals will be offered full-time positions with a base salary, plus commission, bonuses and an expense acount along with an attractive benefits package including health, dental and vision and a 401(k).

Experience:
Candidates must have experience in the real estate and/or mortgage industry. Qualifying experience includes, but is not limited to:
- Real Estate Broker, Agents or Assistants
- Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers or Assistants
- Escrow Offices or Assistants
- Underwriters
Skills:
- Confidence
- Sound Judgment.
- Compassion for those in need of help.
- Outstanding communication skills, listening, verbal and written.
- Sales or customer service experience a plus.
Must have own computer, phone and experience with email, pdf's and PowerPoint.
